The Sound Solution
At GramChetna, we believe in the power of trained community health workers to bring better health to villages and communities. We work to support and promote these workers so they become a normal part of healthcare everywhere.
We help create simple health guidelines, raise money to support health programs, and work with governments to make strong health policies.

Gram Chetna Andolan is a collective of hyperlocal leaders reimagining rural institutions through community dialogue, constructive action and civil resistance. As a catalyst collective, the organisation strives to revive the system of community problem-solving and integrate local political dynamics with the community’s needs.

We Mobilised and organised Citizens and trained them to be hyperlocal leaders so that as volunteers, entrepreneurs and public leader – they can reimagine rural institutions and solve the pressing crises rural India is facing right now like climate crisis, agrarian distress, forced migration, economic inequality and polarisation.
